I'm finding the diffuser works really well - most times. I have 2 very highly strung Siamese Cats, and have had major problems with spraying inside the house - yuck!! Since using the diffusers I reckon the problem has been 95% resolved!! Still have the odd problem when the cats get threatened by cats outside etc.

This has been the ONLY thing that has worked - we've been down the track of antidepressants etc, and they didn't work. We used to use just the feliway spray but found the problem just moved around the house!

I had a new lounge suite delivered yesterday and my goodness what a fuss, 2 quite upset cats!!! It did remind me that I needed to get more feliway, hence the order!

Just to say thank you for another speedy delivery. I bought a Feliway diffuser . . . it was so much less expensive than at my vet's and I wouldn't have bought it at the local price. Our cats are already more settled after our house move, which is great.

I have put the revolution on my cat, & he's never been happier. There is no sign of him being allergic & when I last looked he had NO FLEAS!!!!! I'm over the moon. Thanks for the recommendation & I will be buying more when the 3 months is up.

I just wanted to let you know that we had our dog put down last night. In the last week he had been off his food and become increasingly withdrawn and tired. After taking him for a check up yesterday the vet confirmed that his body was shutting down but that he wasn’t in any pain. We decided late last night that it was best not to prolong the inevitable and to say goodbye while we could.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for all your support in the last few months. You made a very difficult time easier with your commitment to helping – even outside of office hours - and your understanding. You allowed us to have our dog for a few more months by providing his medication at a reasonable cost that we would not have otherwise been able to afford. I will continue to recommend your services to all my pet loving friends and family.

Yesterday I placed an order with NZ Online Vet Supplies (My Vet) for Frontline Plus (for the dogs not me) - and this morning I received the courier parcel (talk about fast turn around!). They also threw in a couple of extra goodies which was a nice touch.

Thanks for the Rimadyl, Blaze loves the chewable tablets, which makes it so easy to administer.

My dog had been very ill for over a month and after seeing two different vets at home, I took my dogs on holiday to the beach. Dr Stephan was awesome, he did not just offer me another pile of pills, but an answer and a treatment plan…….. after a week of his care Blaze (13 years - border collie) is now back to his original puppy self! Enjoying the retirement he deserves after years of being my first and foremost companion and friend.
